• Description: miRNA profile of wild type Arabidopsis plants was compared to miRNA profiles in three different lines with altered levels of ascorbate (vtc2-1), glutathione (pad2-1) or salicylate (nahG). Overall design: 12 libraries were generated (3 repeats for each of the four genotypes) from young leaves of 4-week-old plants grown in standard conditions. Only 2 repeats of vtc2-1 are included here.
