• Description: Plants silenced in argonaute 8 gene and wild type control plants were elicited with oral secretion of Manduca sexta, total RNA was isolated 45 minutes and 18 hours after treatment. Total RNA from uninduced plants was isolated at time point 0. Three replica were used for each time point and genotype. Small RNAs were sequenced from all samples.
