Description
Arabidopsis SARD1 is a pathogen-induced transcription factor involved in the regulation of pathogen-induction of SA synthesis. Chromatin immunoprecipitation-sequencing was used to identify binding sites of SARD1 in the Arabidopsis genome. Chipseq experiments were carried out from SARD1-HA transgenic plants 0hr and 24hr after Psm ES4326 infection.
