• Description: We analyzed the leaf transcriptomes of Triticum turgidum- Aegilops tauschii F1 hybrids and spontaneous allohexaploids (S1) using RNA-seq and studied homoeolog expression levels in the polyploidy progeny as well as in their progenitors by using recently available Chinese Spring genome as a reference.
