Description
To systematically identify CGMMV responsive miRNAs and their targets, two sRNA libraries derived from mock-inoculated and CGMMV-infected watermelon were constructed. This investigation could advance our insights into the miRNA-mediated regulatory network of viral infection response in watermelon and other crops.
