Description
To elucidate the VOCs biosynthetic pathway in cucumber, we obtained the transcriptome data of 23 samples using RNA-seq technique. We generated a total of 53G high-quality base pairs (at least 2G for each sample).Based on the metabolic networks generated from transcriptome and metabolome data, we obtained the comprehensive information of cucumber VOC metabolism.
