• Description: We first conducted the global gene expression profiling of Arabidopsis treated by Bacillus amyloliquefaciensvolatiles using Illumina Digital Gene Expression (DGE) profiling both at different growth stages and tissues. The results showed that the same response to Bacillus amyloliquefaciensvolatiles compared to other PGPR, at the same time, the specificresponse in plant were revealed for Bacillus amyloliquefaciensvolatiles.
