• Description: Auxin was recognized as a secondary dormancy phytohormone, controlling seed dormancy and germination. To understand how auxin affected seed dormancy and germination, the transcription expression profilings of seed tissues from AUX-treated water-treated and control seeds at both dormancy and germinated stages were obtained through RNA sequencing, in totally 7 samples were sequenced.
