• Description: A Phytochrome B homolog, NtPHYB1, was isolated from Nicotiana tabacum cv. K326. Then, its over expression and RNAi vector were constructed and transformed into K326. The transcriptome was sequenced in NtPHYB1-GFP and NtPHYB1-RNAi transgenic lines respectively.
