Brassica napus Yinggan689(Abbr. YG 689) is the hybrid of C. bursa-pastoris and B. napus ZY821.The stem transcriptome of B. napus YG689 at initialing flower stage is analyzed using Illumina HiSeq 2000 sequencing technology. It is important to explore a new methodfor improving the disease and lodging resistance of oilseed rape.
