• Description: This BioProject includes reduced representation genomic sequencing data obtained by genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of 6 kiwifruit plants (Actinidia chinensis). These plants were selected based on family relationships, representing five different genotypes (samples KFA and KFB are clones). These plants and the two total genomic DNA extractions obtained from each of them constitute the biological replicates components of the experimental design created for developing the random tagging GBS method at The New Zealand Institute for Plant amp; Food Research, Ltd.
