• Description: Total RNA was isolated from the Taxillus chinesis seeds in a time course of dehydration. We used HiSeq 2000 sequences to detected the gene expression in fresh seeds, seeds dehydrated after 16 hours and 36 hours. Trinity software was used for de novo assembly and RSEM method was used to profile gene expression in each sample.
