Description
Clematis terniflora DC. (order Ranunculales) is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant with pharmaceutical value, and it is used as a model organism to study the response to high level of UV-B radiation followed by incubation in dark in recent studies by using transcriptome approach. since chloroplast (cp) is the reaction center of photosynthesis, we map the transcriptome (RNA-Seq) reads onto C. terniflora cp genome to determine the changes of cp gene expression of C. terniflora after UV-B radiation followed by dark incubation, which is helpful to know the effects on photosynthetic capability of C. terniflora caused by UV-B radiation followed by dark.
