Identifier

Description
EBS and CLF genome-wide binding sites were investigated by ChIP sequencing, Overall design: Arabidopsis wild-type Col (containing no FLAG-tagged transgene), EBS-FLAG (containing FLAG-tagged transgenic EBS), EBSΔC-FLAG (containing FLAG-tagged transgenic EBSΔC), and CLF-FLAG (containing FLAG-tagged transgenic CLF) plants were subject to ChIP-sequecing analysis using the FLAG beads. H3K4me3 ChIP-seq was also performed in Col-0, EBS-FLAG, and EBSΔC-FLAG.
