• Description: TIS108 and mixture of Fluridone and gibberellic acid stimulated P. aegyptiaca seed germination efficiently and rapidly, respectively, but different from the GR24 treatment is that they did not require conditioning could to achieve high germination rate. This study aimed to better understand different seed germination mechanisms of TIS108-treated, Fluridone and gibberellic acid -treated, and GR24-treated P. aegyptiaca seeds by comparing transcriptome profiles of five different treatments.
