Description
Two popular wheat cultivars i.e. Raj3765 (thermotolerant) and HD2329 (thermosusceptible) were sown under normal (15th November) and delayed sown (20th December) under open field conditions. Samples (leaf, stem and spike) were collected from the normal and delayed sown during milky-ripe stage based on Feekes scale. The samples were used for the whole genome bisulphite sequencing to study the epigenetic changes occurring in wheat under heat stress.
