Description
Here we show that (double-stranded breaks) DSBs are able to generate on chloroplast genomes through applying CRISPR/Cas9 with the customizable sgRNAs in Nicotiana tabacum. In addition, knock down of chloroplastic gens can be induced by CRIPSR inference in Nicotiana tabacum and Arabidopsis thaliana.
