• Description: The project comprises reads from small RNA libraries constructed from Eragrostis curvula inflorescences sequenced through Illumina Hiseq2000 sequencing instrument. The plants consisted of one apomictic and one sexual tetraploid accession in replicates. The RNA samples were derived from spikelets with basal flowers at the beginning of anthesis, containing embryo sacs at all developmental stages.
