Description
Our main goal is to identify the molecular machinery controlling the shift between endodormancy and ecodormancy in locally adapted populations. To reach it, buds were harvested in two valleys (Ossau and luz) In the Pyrénées montains. In each Valley, buds were sampled for two dormancy phases (endodormancy in october 2013 vs.ecodormancy in spring 2014) on three populations located at 100m, 800m and 1,600 meters of elevation respectivelly.
