• Description: Loose silky bentgrass (Apera spica-venti L. (Beauv.)) is the most serious grass weed in Eastern Central Europe and metabolic resistance mechanism remains unknown. We performed a differential gene expression analysis, on 48 cloned samples from acetolactate synthase (ALS) susceptible and metabolic resistant individuals 3 h, 12 h, 24 h and 48 h after iodosulfuron application.
