• Description: Cooperation 88(C88) is a high yielding, multi-purpose potato cultivar with durable late blight(LB) resistance. To understand the reason of durable late blight resistance of this cultivar, we challenged detached C88 leaves with a LB super race with vir1~11. The samples were collected at 1 day post inoculation(dpi), 3dpi, 5dpi and control. Then, mRNA were extracted from these samples fro RNAseq.
