• Description: To enrich the genetic resource of R. arboreum, cDNA isolated from the two tissues was sequenced on the NGS platform. The study aimed to annotate the transcriptome to elucidate tissue-specific expression and the active gene networking in the species towards adaptive responses. A molecular marker database was also constructed to further support the population studies.
