• Description: Experiments were performed on Vitis vinifera L. cv Cabernet Sauvignon (CS) grafted onto 1103P and M4 rootstocks (Pasqua vigneti e cantine, Novaglie VR, Italy). Grapevines were grown in well-watered conditions and no one treatment was done. CS berries were sampled at green (45 DAFB, named pre-véraison), véraison (72 and 86 DAFB for CS/M4 and CS/1103P, respectively) and ripe stage (100 DAFB). On these samples (separately for skin and pulp at véraison and ripe stage) an mRNA-seq and a microRNA-seq experiments were carried out.
