• Description: Nine F1 individuals from a full-sib family (Galicia 1056 x Oria 6) growing under different conditions: hydric stress (needles, stems and roots), control conditions (needles, stems and roots), stems treated with citoquinine and roots treated with auxin. RNAs were extracted from each sample and pooled. Corresponding cDNA library was obtained and sequenced with 454 GS FLX Titanium.
