• Description: The differential host response of a sugarcane cultivar Co 7805 towards two different isolates of C. falcatum was studied. In resistance response, mRNAs of cv. Co 7805 infected with C. falcatum strain Cf 94012 was subtracted from mRNAs of cv. Co 7805 infected with C. falcatum strain Cf 87012. The subtracted products were sequenced in an Illumina HiSeq 2000. The raw reads were retrieved in FASTQ format
