• Description: Dove tree (Davidia involucrata Baill.) is a rare and endangered species. The natural reproduction of dove tree is very difficult due to its low fecundity. Serious spontaneous seed abortion is one of the key factors that restrain its sexual reproduction. This project is aimed to establish mass sequence data of dove tree and identify DEGs between normal and aborted seeds to reveal the regulatory mechanism of abortion.
