Description
In the present work, we compared the molecular responses of two commercial cultivars of Coffea arabica (IAPAR59 and Rubi) differing by their response to drought during the dry season. This analysis was done by studying expression of candidate genes in plagiotropic buds which are a key organ of plant organogenesis.
