Assessment of genome-wide nucleosome positioning in swp73a and swp73b mutant lines using Mnase-seq
SWP73 subunits of SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complexes are involved in key developmental pathways in Arabidopsis. We found, using MNase-seq approach, that inactivation of either SWP73A or SWP73B doesnt alter global nucleosome occupancy however the lack of SWP73B alters positioning of particular nucleosomes on genes loci involved in leaf and flower development. On the basis of this experiment and our other data we concluded that SWP73B modulates major developmental pathways.
