Description
Two Oryza sativa Indica Group cultivars, Minghui63(MH63) and Zhenshan97(ZS97), which are are the parents of a super hybrid rice, Shan-You-Liu-San(SY63), are sequenced, assembled and annotated in our study. The differnce between MH63 and ZS97 is investigated to reveal the potential heterosis.
