Description
The V.carteri genome has only recently been sequenced. Very little data is available on existing transcripts and their expression in the different cells and life stages of V.carteri. Therefore, we decided that for the analysis of miRNAs and their targets, the investigation of transcripts in the same samples is neccessary.
