• Description: We sequenced the transcriptome of six kinds of Panax ginsengs that were grown in different environments. A de novo assembly of Panax ginsengs root transcriptome were generated from the sequencing results. And comparative transcriptome analysis has revealed important transcriptome differences in ginsengs growing in different environments
