Description
In our study, we performed large-scale transcriptome sequencing using the Illumina HiSeqTM 2000 platform in order to enrich the genomic resources orchardgrass. The main objectives of this study were to identify SNPs, SSRs, and differentially expressed genes (DEGs) regulated by heat stress within the transcriptomes of two orchardgrass genotypes, ‘Baoxing’ (heat resistant) and ‘01998’ (heat susceptible).
