Description
The response and adaptation mechanisms of D. angustifolia to elevated CO2 concentration are key links in revealing the carbon balance and carbon cycling of the Sanjiang Plain wetland vegetation ecosystem under global changes. Our previous research suggested that short-term exposure to high CO2 concentration increased the rate of CO2 assimilation by D. angustifolia photosynthesis, whereas the effects of longer-term (after 15 days) CO2 enrichment on photosynthesis were decreased. However, the response molecular mechanism of D. angustifolia remains unclear. The molecular genetic information in D. angustifolia is lacking. We sequenced and analyzed to investigate the changes of the D. angustifolia transcriptome in response to a high CO2 concentration.
