• Description: To explore the mechanism by which the SlCyp1-mediated long-distance signal controls lateral root initiation. We perform RNA-seq analysis on root samples from dgt rootstocks 10 days after grafting to VFN8 scions (VFN8/dgt) and compared them to homografted dgt (dgt/dgt) and VFN8 (VFN8/VFN) roots.
