• Description: In order to understand the genetic factors governing the embryogenic competence, the differences between zygotic and somatic embryos and, the progression of in vivo embryogenesis, a comparative transcriptome analysis was designed. De novo transcriptome assembly of A. angustifolia embryogenesis was performed with 64 GB of sequences obtained by high-throughput Illumina RNA-seq.
