• Description: We initiated the project to identify factors regulating the deepwater response in rice. we carried out a genome-wide association study (GWAS) using a diversity panel of 28 Asian cultivated rice and a specialized panel consisting of 40 deepwater rice varieties. The extracted genomic DNA was subjected to genotyping with single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers using an Affymetrix GeneChip Rice 44k SNP Genotyping Array.
