• Description: Rice core collection (WRC) consists of 69 accessions and is resequenced in average depth =37x by using the NGS technology. Mapping of the NGS reads to the Nipponbare reference genome is performed for the development of GWAS system with WRC. In addition, mapped information is also used for TASUKE system to visualize the haplotypes of each gene among WRC.
