• Description: The GFP-PTS1 plants is a transgenic plant in which peroxisomes are visualized with 35Spro:GFP-PTS1. The peroxisome unusual positioning (peup) mutants were isolated from the pool of EMS-mutagenized GFP-PTS1 plants based on abnormal peroxisome morphology. This project was done to determine causative genes of the peup mutants.
