• Description: We induced an autotetraploid B. distachyon Bd21 line by a colchicine treatment of diploid Bd21. To analyze nucleotide changes between the diploid and autotetraploid Bd21, we performed whole genome resequencing of the autotetraploid Bd21 and mapped the reads to the Bd21 reference genome to identify nucleotide polymorphisms between them.
