Description
Abscisic acid (ABA)-mediated growth arrest after germination is critical adaptation strategy to pass through unfavorable conditions for survival in plants. Although proper control of gene expression including epigenetic regulation must be important as outputs of the ABA signaling pathway in regulating growth arrest, such epigenetic mechanisms is not fully understood. To understand the role of JUMONJI-C DOMAIN-CONTAINING PROTEIN30 (JMJ30) and JMJ32 on ABA-mediated growth arrest pathway, RNA-seq was conducted.
