Description
Effects of short-term boron deprivation was analyzed using RNA sequencing. Arabidopsis seedlings were grown in a sterile liquid culture in microplates. Seedlings were deprived of B by the addition of 0.2 mM azomethine H. Control samples were fed with water. For masked treatment, seedlings were fed with 0.2 mM azomethine H and 1 mM boric acid. After 1 h incubation, roots were collected for RNA extraction.
