Description
We found that an animal CDC7/CDK9 inhibitor PHA767491 lengthens the circadian period of a higher plant Arabidopsis thaliana. However, mechanism of PHA767491 action is unknown in plants. To reveal this, we administrated PHA767491 to Arabidopsis for 3 h and analyzed transcriptome by RNAseq.
