• Description: The liverwort Marchantia polymorpha develop reproductive organs harboring eggs and sperm (gametangiophores) in female and male thalli, respectively, in a light condition-dependent manner. The hpt2040 mutant plants showed gametangiophore development in both sexes irrespective of light conditions. The goal of this project is to reveal the comprehensive gene expression profile of hpt2040 grown under non-inductive light conditions.
