• Description: In this study, we developed SNP markers that closely linked to a male sterility gene. SNP markers were developed from RAD-Seq. The sequencing reads were merged and clustered into reference sequences. SNPs were detected by mapping reads onto the reference. Then, we screened and identified markers closely linked to one of the male-sterile genes (MS1) by constructing a linkage map.
