Description
To identify the Co gene controlling a columnar growth phenotype in apple (Malus ? domestica), the four mRNA samples of shoot apexes of a columnar cultivar McIntosh Wijcik (two biological replicates) and a noncolumnar cultivar McIntosh (two biological replicates) were analyzed using next generation sequencing.
