Description
Oryza glaberrima is a cultivated rice originated in the West Africa, which was derived from wild rice Oryza barthii. It is a member of O. sativa complex which contains an Asian cultivated rice O. sativa. In order to study genetic diversity of the species, we sequenced a total of three O. glaberrima accessions by Illumina HiSeq 2500.
