• Description: We apply exome capture sequencing to map loci responsible for a mono-factorial Mendelian locus black lemma and pericarp (Blp) and QTLs for net blotch resistance caused by Phyrenophora teres segregating in a population of 100 doubled haploid lines. We modified the QTL-seq pipeline to be adjusted for the analysis of exome capture sequencing.
