• Description: Arabidopsis pCAMTA3:CAMTA3(A855V)-GFP/camta2 camta3 plants were grown on vertical half-strength Murashige and Skoog plates in a growth chamber under a 16 hr light and 8 hr dark cycle at 22?C. Approximately 0.7 g of 2-week-old seedlings were fixed and harvested for ChIP-seq. Extracted samples were split into 2 tubes for anti-GFP antibody (IP) and Rabbit IgG-Isotype Control (INPUT).
