Description
Arabidopsis 35S:NPR1-GFP/npr1-1 plants were grown on vertical half-strength Murashige and Skoog plates in a growth chamber at 22?C under a 16 hr of light and 8 hr of dark cycle. Approximately 0.7 g of thirteen-day-old seedlings were submerged in a combination of 0.5 mM sodium salicylate and 50 uM methyl-jasmonate for 6 hr, then harvested for ChIP-seq. Extracted samples were split into 2 tubes for anti-GFP antibody (IP) and Rabbit IgG-Isotype Control (INPUT). Three biological replicates were conducted for IP and INPUT samples.
