Comment
Location: Østmarka, Akershus county. Nature reserve. GCU unit for P. abies. We sampled Picea abies in one part of the reserve, and Pinus sylvestris in another part. For the Pinus sylvestris sampling we drove to Rælingen, and took off at Grini. We obtained permittion to sample from the nature management authorities. Large part of the nature reserve is owned by the state. Some private owners. Situated approx one hour drive from NIBIO, Ås. Private roads, one hour walking from the road to the site where we collected the samples. The site is heterogenous with bumped terrain.

Target species: Pinus sylvestris. Most common tree species: Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris, Betula pendula. Other tree species: Populus tremula, Sorbus aucuparia, Juniperus communis.
